My story
I’ve spent 15+ years personally building 18 high-performing teams across tech startups, multinational corporations, and NGOs. I hold Master’s degrees in Law and Business Administration, but my real expertise comes from hands-on experience: as a former tech startup CEO and multiple-time Senior Manager, I’ve mastered every stage of people leadership: from strategic hiring and development to driving results, shaping strong cultures, and navigating tough transitions like mass layoffs.
CareerPro began as my side passion project: a way to share what I loved most — practical, no-fluff guidance on exceptional management and career growth. Along the way, I’ve coached and trained over 1,000 professionals to accelerate their careers with clarity and impact. But part-time wasn’t enough to create the change I knew was possible.
In 2026, I left my high-paying corporate role to go all-in.
